Let’s talk about packaging. It’s a reality in our business, but we’re doing everything we can to minimize our impact. We use compostable packaging wherever possible, and are working with Earth Warriors Composting to ensure that our food waste and packaging is turned into compost to support local farms and promote sustainable growing. If you’re enjoying your meal near the truck, feel free to toss your empty packaging, brown bag, and napkins into one of our green bins, knowing that it will be composted locally.
